1. Payment methods

The payment methods actually available are displayed to the customer during the ordering process.

Depending on the order, they may include:

• Visa bank card;

• Mastercard bank card;

• bank transfer under the conditions specified below.

All transactions are denominated in euros (€), unless otherwise stated.

 

2. Bank card

When payment by bank card is offered, the transaction is processed by a specialized payment provider.

VALTA does not directly record the customer's full bank card details.

The charge is processed according to the terms displayed during payment confirmation.

Where applicable, enhanced authentication mechanisms may be used by the payment provider or banking institution.

 

3. Bank transfer

Payment by bank transfer may be offered after contacting customer service or according to the terms communicated during the ordering process.

When payment is made by bank transfer:

• The bank details are provided by VALTA;

• The order is only considered paid after actual receipt of funds;

• Preparation or shipping can begin after payment confirmation.

 

4. Security

The site uses a secure HTTPS connection.

Payment transactions are processed using the payment solutions made available on the site or communicated to the customer.

 

5. Fraud Prevention

VALTA may carry out the checks reasonably necessary to prevent fraudulent payments.

If there are elements that warrant verification, VALTA may request additional information before processing the order.

 

6. Price

The total price to be paid, including the price of the products and any applicable additional charges, is presented to the customer before final validation of the order.
