2. Order processing
Orders are prepared and processed within 24 to 48 business hours after:
validation of the payment,
order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next working day.
3. Delivery method
Due to the nature, weight or volume of the products offered, deliveries are made by specialized carriers.
Delivery can be carried out:
at the address indicated at the time of the order,
or, if necessary, at a meeting point or delivery point agreed with the carrier where direct access is not possible.
4. Delivery areas
VALTA / Valta Trailers currently delivers:
metropolitan France,
European Union countries.
Deliveries outside the European Union are possible only on prior request for a quote.
5. Delivery costs
Metropolitan France
Delivery is free.
However, specific fees may apply for certain specific areas, including:
Corsica,
the DOM-TOM,
some areas that are difficult to access.
In this case, a specific quote or adjustment is communicated before final validation.
European Union
Deliveries within the European Union are offered with a flat rate of 450 € including VAT per item, unless otherwise specified displayed before validation of the order.
6. Estimated delivery times
The following deadlines are after shipment:
Metropolitan France
Estimated time: 7 to 12 working days
European Union
Estimated time: 10-18 working days
These deadlines are indicative and may vary depending on:
the conditions of carriage,
periods of high activity,
logistical constraints,
weather conditions,
or force majeure.
7. Delivery address
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer when ordering.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information transmitted.
Any error, omission or inaccuracy in the address may result in:
a delay,
the impossibility of delivery,
or additional charges.
8. Accessibility of the place of delivery
The customer must ensure that the place of delivery is accessible to the carrier's vehicle.
A person must be present to receive the goods and check their condition.
9. Verification on receipt
During delivery, the customer must check:
the apparent condition of the product,
the conformity of the order.
In the event of a visible anomaly, the customer must:
express specific reservations on the delivery note,
and contact VALTA / Valta Trailers within 48 hours at contact@valta-trailers.com.
Photos or videos may be requested.
10. Damaged or non-compliant product
In the event of a damaged or non-compliant product, a suitable solution may be proposed depending on the situation, in particular:
repair,
replacement,
or reimbursement,
in accordance with applicable laws and after-sales service policy.
11. Order tracking
When shipping, a confirmation email can be sent with the relevant delivery information.
12. Cancelation before shipment
An order can be canceled until it has been shipped.
Once shipped, the return and withdrawal conditions apply.
